The NH Alliance of Regional Development Corporations (NHARDC) is a strong network of private non-profits, which serve every municipality in the state and provide critical direct lending, which has injected millions of dollars into our local economy and created or retained thousands of jobs. The Alliance partners with dozens of lenders to close gaps within their deals, as well as provides direct funding to startups, develops real estate, provides technical assistance to growing businesses, and helps municipalities with strategic planning.

One of the unique strengths of our Alliance is that when one regional development corporation cannot assist a business, there are partners standing by ready to help fill the service gap.

The Alliance partners with a very wide range of local, state, and federal partners to bring the most comprehensive and cohesive alternative financing services to our state. These partnerships allow us to leverage funding from more than a dozen sources to creatively fill gaps in projects that would otherwise not get done.
